The Pizza Project Café is an independent Pizzeria & coffee shop on the Highstreet in Merstham, Surrey.
We serve authentic Italian wood-fired pizzas, on a 48hour slow-rise dough, topped with freshly prepared & locally sourced ingredients.
Alongside this we have a selection of handmade cakes, as well as specialty Teas, Coffee & Hot Chocolate from Canton, Alchemy Coffee Roasters & Rio Nuevo.
