Maria holds an ITEC level 3 in massage and is also qualified in deep tissue, myo fascia release, pregnancy and hot stones. She has been massaging for over three years. She is continuing to work on developing her skills and expanding her knowledge.
Coming from a dance teacher background, Maria has always been interested in physical activity. Especially recovery of the body using a holistic approach. It brings her fulfilment to help others with their body maintenance, muscles stiffness and soreness and relaxation. Restoring and replenishing your body to a better state.
