Welcome to Saara Vance Yoga!

Saara offers specialised yoga courses, including Pregnancy Yoga, Post-Natal Mum & Baby Yoga, and Retreats with Guest Experts in Dorking. As a mother of three (including twins!), Saara understands the importance of supporting women during this incredible chapter of their lives and is passionate about nurturing women's well-being throughout pregnancy, birthing, and beyond.

Pregnancy Yoga:

Saara’s Pregnancy Yoga courses are thoughtfully designed for the blossoming prenatal form and caters to the unique changes the body goes through during pregnancy. Pregnancy yoga builds strength and stamina gently to help you prepare for your birthing day, relieves tension in the ever-changing body and eases the mind in order to bring balance and harmony within. Each class incorporates helpful breathing techniques, yoga sequences designed to ease common aches and pains in pregnancy, active positions for labour, pelvic floor work as well as a guided relaxation to finish. Saara enjoys creating a safe, friendly and supportive environment for expectant mothers to connect with their bodies, their growing babies and other expectant mums in their local area.

Mum & Baby Yoga:

Designed for new mums and their babies, Saara’s Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga classes combine a fun and relaxed environment, helping you to feel at ease with whatever sort of day you’re having. Honouring the incredible transformation the body has undergone through pregnancy, these classes encourage new mums to start to reconnect with the body and gently rebuild strength and flexibility for mind, body and spirit. Enjoy gentle yet strengthening yoga for you, release stress and anxiety, and spend quality time with your little one through playful baby yoga. Following each class, there is dedicated time for tea and treats - a great way to make new connections with other mums and babies in your area and share your experiences, challenges and the joys of motherhood with each other.

In addition to these specialised courses, Saara also offers general yoga classes and workshops, private one-to-one and small group sessions, corporate yoga, and yoga for special events such as festivals and hen-dos. Wherever you are in your yoga journey, Saara would love to guide you with her expertise, compassion, and a genuine dedication to your well-being.
