Whether you are new to pregnancy or preparing for a journey you have been on before, I believe that everybody has the right to enter parenthood in any way that nurtures them, makes them feel safe and honours their wishes at every stage.

As a qualified Doula and Hypnobirthing teacher, I provide birth preparation courses and mindful care for pregnancy, birth and beyond.
